Immediately Job Description Head Wrestling Coach Strath Haven High School Winter Season, 2026-2027

Responsibilities:

Teach sports techniques, playing rules, and playing strategies Condition athletes appropriately for activities requiring endurance, strength, and agility Supervise and conduct practices and contests safely; supervise locker rooms and buses Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, and responsibility to one's team Communicate effectively with athletic director, assistant coaches, athletes, parents, and staff Develop and maintain budget that follows district and school parameters Maintain knowledge of current regulations, trends, and techniques that apply to your sport Monitor athletes' school attendance, grades, and conduct Manage uniforms, equipment, and school facilities in a responsible manner

Qualifications:

Ability to relate and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Prior experience preferred Cover letter outlining the position for which you would like to be considered, along with an updated resume Three (3) professional letters of recommendation
