Duties Educate incoming warm leads on health and life insurance products Present and explain insurance products clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and coverage options tailored to individual needs. Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on policy inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) during all client interactions. Experience Proven experience in sales, call center, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions effectively. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service. Schedule In office Monday
