Health and Safety Coordinator

Job Description YellowBird is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to support work on a major active data center construction project in Pryor, Oklahoma. This role requires an independent safety professional who can confidently manage daily site safety operations with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals with strong construction and/or data center experience who thrive in fast-paced project environments. Responsibilities Oversee daily site safety operations for active construction activities Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements Support incident prevention and corrective action implementation Lead daily safety task management and communication with field teams Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Promote a proactive safety culture on-site Qualifications 3-5 years of site safety experience CHST, CSP, and/or

OSHA 500

certification preferred Data center and/or commercial construction experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable on-site presence required

Compensation:
