PREMIER MEDICAL CLINIC
is looking for interested candidates to join as a Health Care Administrator and play a crucial role in enhancing patient care in our vibrant community of Perry, FL. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient services and satisfaction. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth. Analyze clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or management. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate staff. Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
