Our Day Habilitation program is active, social, and community-based. We focus on health and wellness, socialization, and ensuring the wonderful neurodiverse people we serve are connected to their community. Our members are engaged, fun, and out doing things every day. This role is a great fit for an RN who wants meaningful work in a low-acuity, flexible, daytime setting. Why This Role Consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays

Flexible Schedule:

Monday-Friday. Core program hours are 8:30am-2:30pm, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you (e.g., 8:00-3:00, 8:30-2:30, 9:00-4:00, etc.) Low-intensity clinical environment Combination of light nursing and administrative work Strong relationships with members and staff What You'll Do Monitor member health needs and follow up on concerns Coordinate with families, providers, and care teams Participate in care planning meetings Oversee health and safety within the program Administer midday medications as needed Train direct care staff on basic health and safety protocols Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with MassHealth Day Habilitation requirements Complete monthly nursing tasks such as vitals, summaries, and tracking Oversee back up (per diem) RN coverage Qualifications Active RN license in Massachusetts required Experience in human services or community-based care preferred Strong organization and communication skills Comfort working independently in a structured but flexible environment Benefits More than 5 weeks
