Health Information Director

Director of Health Information Management (HIM) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Health Information Management (HIM) to lead and oversee all aspects of the HIM department within a healthcare system environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, accessibility, and security of health information across acute and ambulatory settings. The Director will oversee medical record processing, coding operations, release of information, transcription, indexing, chart completion, trauma registry functions, physician suspension processes, and overall HIM workflow management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep knowledge of medical coding and HIM operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and executive leadership teams. $42.00 - $65.00 per hour
