Health Safety and Sustainability Supervisor

HSE&S Supervisor We're looking for a hands-on HSE&S Supervisor to drive health, safety, environmental, and sustainability performance at our site. This role is key to ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and strengthening a proactive safety culture. What you'll do: Lead safety inspections, risk assessments & JSAs Ensure compliance with permits, regulations & standards (ISO 14001 / 45001, BATF&E) Support incident investigations and prevention initiatives Promote safe behaviors, hazard reporting, and continuous improvement Partner with leaders, employees, and contractors to drive safety excellence Support sustainability and emergency response programs What we're looking for: Engineering degree or relevant HSE experience Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing preferred) Solid communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills 👉 Join us and help build a safer, more sustainable workplace.
