Job Description We are seeking an experienced and organized Healthcare Administrator with a strong background in Personal Injury (PI) cases to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing patient coordination, case documentation, and communication with attorneys & medical stuff. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and front desk operations Coordinate patient appointments Handle personal injury and accident-related cases Verify insurance, attorney, and patient information Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate with attorneys & medical stuff Ensure compliance with office procedures and medical documentation requirements Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare administration experience Personal Injury / Accident case experience
