We are seeking a healthcare administrator to help with front desk duties to manage our medical office. The ideal candidate would be someone interested in healthcare administration, future roles in outpatient or hospital administration. Update patient profile in chart, verify insurance using websites, understand deductibles, collect copays, room patients, make followup appointment. Answer phone calls professionally, convey messages appropriately to medical providers
