Shift:
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri The Compliance Specialist plays an active role in supporting regulatory compliance within daily clinic operations. Working closely with leaders and staff across medical services, this position helps identify risk areas, support audits and investigations, provide staff education, and strengthen processes that ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements. Through collaboration, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Compliance Specialist helps promote accountability, support operational excellence, and maintain a strong culture of compliance across the organization.Hourly Rate:
$34.05- $39.

Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements. Participate in and support internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews related to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Work collaboratively with departments to identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and support process improvements. Assist with monitoring regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC and help translate requirements into operational practice. Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership to support compliance oversight and continuous improvement. Support staff education and awareness related to compliance expectations and regulatory standards. Maintain confidentiality while navigating sensitive situations and discussions related to compliance concerns.Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or quality improvement. Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC. Demonstrated experience assisting with or conducting audits, risk assessments, or policy reviews. Skilled in building collaborative relationships and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems quickly.Current and in good standing:
