Job Description

Clifton Assisted Living is currently seeking a Per diem Dietary Cook to join our wonderful kitchen staff. Must have SNF or large Healthcare experience. This position is responsible for meal preparation under the facility's policy and procedures.
Available Shifts:
Per diem: as needed a mix of am and pm shifts; 6am-2:30pm & 10:30am - 7:00pm (with availability to work every other weekend)
Requirements:
Minimum (1) year of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience. Experience with therapeutic diets and modified consistencies - highly desirable. Experience with high volume, complex food service operations. Restaurant and batch cooking experience a plus. A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate preferred. ServSafe certification preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid. •Compensation based on experience.
