Healthcare Superintendents Applicants must have a minimum of five years of related experience in acute healthcare construction.Required certifications include:
ICRA (preferred), CHC, OSHA 30 and valid Drivers License. Candidates must have a strong understanding of MEP systems in a healthcare setting; an ability to collaborate and work with owners, architects, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on communication and problem solving. Experience with Procore (preferred) and MS Office 365.Duties include:
