We are a tight-knit team of three efficient, hardworking, professional, action-oriented women who are deeply committed to helping our patients thrive. Our clinic is busy, collaborative, and supportive. We value reliability, clear communication, emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for reproductive and women's health. This is not the right fit for someone looking for a temporary position while preparing to open their own practice or quickly move on. About the Role We are looking for a reproductive health acupuncturist who is confident, compassionate, efficient, and excited to support patients through deeply personal fertility and reproductive health journeys. The shifts are for Tuesdays and Sundays with the potential to add Saturdays. Our clinic runs on 15- 20-minute patient intervals , so providers must be comfortable maintaining a steady clinical rhythm, building rapport quickly, and staying current with charting. Our front desk team keeps the day running smoothly, and we work best when everyone communicates openly, shows up consistently, and supports one another. Because we are a small practice, mutual reliability matters. We genuinely count on each other.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Providing acupuncture treatments with a focus on reproductive health, fertility, IVF support, and women's health Supporting patients through sensitive and emotionally charged reproductive health experiences Building genuine rapport quickly and creating a safe, compassionate clinical space Maintaining an efficient treatment schedule with 20-minute patient intervals Completing charting accurately and in a timely manner Communicating clearly with the front desk and clinical team Continuing to learn and grow within the field of reproductive health Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and professional team cultureQualifications Required:
Current, valid California acupuncture license Minimum of 2 years of licensed clinical experience At least 2 years of reproductive health experience Strong communication skills and reliability Excellent rapport-building skills Comfort working with patients navigating sensitive, emotional topics Ability to maintain an efficient schedule and stay current with charting Genuine compassion, confidence, adaptability, and openness to feedback A collaborative spirit and genuine enjoyment of being part of a teamPreferred:
Doctorate degree in Chinese MedicineFABORM/ABORM
certification or active pursuit of certification Strong foundation in both Eastern and Western approaches to reproductive health and fertility In-depth understanding of the IVF process and medications, or a strong willingness to learn Drive to succeed and proactive about expanding their knowledge to support the patient base. We are willing to train the right person who has the clinical foundation, emotional intelligence, and desire to grow in reproductive health.
