• Flexible Contractor Position | Growth Opportunity Dimensions Acupuncture & Holistic Wellness is seeking a California-licensed acupuncturist to provide part-time coverage and support continued growth of our established clinic.

Our office serves patients seven days a week and offers flexible scheduling. The exact schedule will be determined collaboratively based on patient demand, practitioner availability, and coordination with other providers sharing the office space. This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to grow within a supportive environment. New graduates are welcome to apply. Our practice offers acupuncture, cupping, nutritional counseling, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies including SoftWave. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to be part of building something long-term rather than simply clocking in and out.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments and individualized treatment plans. Complete timely charting and maintain professional records. Deliver exceptional patient care and communication. Assist with patient flow and continuity of care. Work collaboratively with the clinic owner and contribute to a positive practice environment.

Compensation:

This is a flexible independent contractor position with compensation based on patients treated rather than hourly pay. The clinic provides treatment rooms, supplies, scheduling software, insurance billing, and established patient flow. Compensation rewards productivity and may increase with experience and patient volume.

Qualifications:

Current California Acupuncture License. Professional liability insurance. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Interest in functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and continued learning is a plus. Must be comfortable with a collaborative environment and willing to work closely with the clinic owner. Must be local to East County San Diego or reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Must be willing to maintain a flexible schedule and coordinate treatment hours with the schedules of other practitioners and office availability.
