Position Overview We are seeking an upbeat and compassionate SoftWave Therapy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering SoftWave therapy treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and supporting our mission to promote healing and well-being. Key Responsibilities Operate and administer SoftWave therapy equipment in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriateness of SoftWave therapy. Educate patients about the benefits and procedures of SoftWave therapy, addressing any questions or concerns. Monitor patients during treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety while documenting progress and outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Support team efforts with patient intakes, evaluations, and community outreach initiatives. Maintain the SoftWave equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting issues as needed. Keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current on advancements in SoftWave technology and therapeutic techniques through ongoing education and training. Who You Are You are a dedicated professional who embodies:

Relevant certification or training in therapeutic modalities, athletic training, or a related field is a plus. Experience with SoftWave therapy or similar technologies is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Additional Information Work schedule:

27-34 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (9:00 AM

• 6:30 PM on Mon/Wed/Thurs; 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM on Tuesday).

Availability to work a few weekends during the summer is required. All necessary training will be provided.
