About Us:
Monarch All Health is a multidisciplinary mental health and integrative care center dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. We offer psychotherapy, medication management, psychological evaluations, speech therapy, and holistic services to support the whole person. Join our team to help expand our integrative approach with acupuncture services that complement mental health care.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) with Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.) certification to provide acupuncture and East Asian medicine services. This role supports clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic pain, and stress, as well as enhancing overall wellness. The provider will collaborate closely with our psychotherapy and medical teams to offer holistic, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide acupuncture treatments tailored to individual patient needs, including mental health support (anxiety, PTSD, depression) and pain management. Utilize complementary East Asian medicine techniques such as cupping, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other providers for integrated care plans. Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation in compliance with Florida regulations. Educate patients on treatment protocols and self-care practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to coordinated care approaches. Follow all state licensing laws and professional ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) license. Certification as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.) through NCCAOM. Graduation from an accredited acupuncture or Oriental medicine program. Experience working with mental health populations preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient-centered, integrative healthcare.

What different acupuncture and East Asian medicine techniques to you have experience providing? Do you have experience offering Chinese herbal medicine? Do you have experience with Somatic Massage Therapy? Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)?
