WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a Back Office Clinic Assistant position — a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that makes every patient visit exceptional. You will work directly alongside our acupuncture physician and clinical team to ensure treatment rooms are flawlessly prepared, patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their time with us, and every adjunctive therapy is administered exactly as prescribed. This is not a front desk or phone-heavy role to start. It is clinical support with heart. And for the right person, it grows — fast. Within 90 days, you will begin cross-training into front desk and patient care responsibilities, with a clear path toward a Patient Care Specialist role and a pay increase to match.

Role:

Prepare, turn over, and reset treatment rooms between each patient — quickly, precisely, and with care Welcome patients as they arrive and escort them to their rooms, creating a calm and comforting first impression Administer non-needle adjunctive therapies as prescribed by the physician — including cupping, moxa, thermal/LED light therapy, e-stim, cold laser, and ozone applications Perform thermal imaging scans as directed Fill and prepare prescribed herbal formulas and supplements accurately and efficiently Manage treatment room inventory — restocking supplies, tracking usage, and placing received orders within two business days Handle laundry and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, serene healing environment Pull and file patient charts for each shift Support the clinical team by keeping the flow of the clinic smooth and uninterrupted Contribute to the overall cleanliness, energy, and excellence of the patient experience from first hello to final goodbye

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

$16-$19/hr starting rate, based on experience — with a performance review and pay increase after 90 days
