Paid Acupuncture Internship/Assistant opportunity Job Description or practice description: Glacier Blue Acupuncture is a patient- centered acupuncture clinic dedicated to healing through acupuncture and herbal medicine. Our practice focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where patients can restore balance and improve overall health. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Acupuncture Assistant to support our licensed acupuncturist in daily clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in a very part-time job within an acupuncture clinic, learning patient care in a private setting, and gaining hands-on experience in a non-school clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient sessions. Assist with patient scheduling, and check-in/check-out. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic spaces. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed. Provide a welcoming and calming experience for patients. Support administrative tasks such as answering phones and updating records.

Qualifications:

Interest in holistic health and working within and acupuncture clinic, Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment. Prior experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualities:

Warm, empathetic demeanor. Detail-oriented and dependable. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to multitask in a calm, efficient manner. Local to the Melbourne, FL area.
