Licensed Acupuncturist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our vibrant healthcare team. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans based on individual health conditions and symptoms Perform acupuncture procedures utilizing sterile techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort during each session Apply trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques to target specific areas of pain or dysfunction Manage acute pain episodes effectively through tailored acupuncture interventions and adjunct therapies Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to their treatment for better understanding and engagement Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient responses to adjust treatment strategies accordingly Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations Ensure aseptic techniques are strictly followed to prevent infections and promote optimal healing environments Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management principles essential for effective treatment planning Expertise in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and comprehensive patient care strategies Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments to inform treatment decisions Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to acupuncture and holistic health practices Ability to perform precise acupuncture techniques while maintaining strict aseptic protocols Commitment to ongoing professional development in acupuncture methods and integrative health approaches Join us as a Licensed Acupuncturist where your skills will directly impact patients' well-being.
