Midwest Integrative Health Clinic is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-centered provider to join our growing team in Lakeville, Minnesota. At Midwest Integrative Health Clinic, we take an integrative approach to healthcare by combining Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Decompression Therapy, Functional Rehabilitation, and other natural healing services to help our patients achieve optimal health and wellness. Our Patients, Care Plans & Work Environment Midwest Integrative Health Clinic serves patients of all ages and backgrounds, including families, athletes, professionals, seniors, and individuals seeking natural solutions for pain relief and overall wellness. Our clinic provides a supportive, positive, and collaborative environment where providers work together to create individualized care plans that may include chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture treatments, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation exercises, decompression therapy, and wellness recommendations. We are committed to helping patients not only find relief from pain but also improve function, mobility, performance, and long-term quality of life. Responsibilities Perform chiropractic examinations, assessments, and adjustments Provide acupuncture evaluations and treatments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle, posture, movement, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with other healthcare providers and clinic team members Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining professional standards Participate in clinic growth initiatives and community outreach opportunities as desired Does This Sound Like You?
