Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time Acupuncturist to Join Our Team Fifteen years ago, Jennifer Layne Acupuncture & Wellness started as a one-room acupuncture practice. Today, we're a multidisciplinary wellness center serving Bergen County and beyond, with a team of acupuncturists, massage therapists, physical therapists, and mental health professionals working together under one roof. We're growing again. We currently have opportunities available on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and are looking for an acupuncturist who wants to practice great medicine, be part of a supportive team, and care for patients in an environment designed for long-term success. What Makes This Different We believe great care takes time. Our practitioners are encouraged to think critically, treat the whole person, and develop meaningful relationships with their patients. We are not a high-volume, protocol-based practice where everyone receives the same treatment. Patients come to us because they want thoughtful, individualized care. They stay because they feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. We've built a strong reputation in the community by focusing on clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient experience. Our providers work closely together, share ideas, discuss cases, and learn from one another. Owner and founder Jennifer Layne remains actively involved in the practice and is committed to creating an environment where both patients and practitioners can thrive. If you're looking for a place where quality of care matters more than speed, where relationships matter, and where you'll be supported by a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you.
The Right Person You are:
Compassionate and patient-centered Clinically skilled and eager to continue learning Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Excited to contribute to a positive patient experience Interested in growing alongside an established practice Whether you have years of experience or are earlier in your career, we're most interested in finding someone who is compassionate, motivated, and aligned with our values. What You'll Treat Our patients commonly seek care for: Pain and orthopedic conditions Women's health and fertility Pregnancy and postpartum care Stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation Sports recovery and performance Headaches, TMJ, and chronic conditions What We Offer Competitive compensation

Our goal isn't simply to help patients get through the week. We help people move better, feel better, recover faster, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their quality of life. We're proud of the culture we've built—for both our patients and our team—and we're looking for someone who shares that vision. If this sounds like the kind of environment where you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume and a brief note introducing yourself, your clinical interests, and what you're looking for in your next chapter. We're less interested in finding the perfect resume than we are in finding the right person.
