Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Acupuncturist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide holistic acupuncture treatments aimed at improving patient health and well-being. Your expertise will help manage pain, enhance recovery, and promote overall wellness through personalized care plans. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and evaluation of medical history to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans. Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile, aseptic techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times. Utilize advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute pain management strategies to address diverse patient needs. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and pain management options to empower them in their healing journey. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and clinical notes following medical terminology standards. Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations, including CPR and BLS certifications. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans that optimize patient outcomes. Experience Valid state licensure as a Certified Acupuncturist or Licensed Acupuncturist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, delivering compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physical examination techniques. Hands-on experience with pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute pain relief methods. Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are required. Familiarity with aseptic technique practices to prevent infection during treatments. Prior experience working with diverse patient populations and managing various pain conditions is highly desirable. $38.41 - $125.00 per hour
