Licensed Acupuncturist

Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans. Perform acupuncture procedures utilizing sterile techniques and precise needle placement to target specific pain points and physiological imbalances. Manage acute pain conditions effectively through specialized trigger point therapy and other advanced pain management techniques. Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure a safe treatment environment by adhering to aseptic techniques, maintaining proper sanitation, and following all health and safety protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans that incorporate acupuncture as part of holistic treatment strategies. Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist in accordance with state or national licensing boards. Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and apply appropriate treatment modalities effectively. Familiarity with aseptic techniques and maintaining sterile environments during procedures is essential. Prior experience working with diverse patient populations and managing various pain conditions and herbalism is highly desirable, but new grads are welcome to apply!
