Job Description

Acupuncturist Job Posting At Virginia iSpine Physicians, we are dedicated to helping patients reconnect with what matters most by reducing pain and improving function in spine and musculoskeletal conditions. As we expand our integrative care offerings, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Acupuncturist to join our collaborative team. This is a part-time position starting with half-day schedules , with the opportunity to grow as patient demand increases. You'll work in a brand-new, modern facility alongside specialty-trained providers, with direct access to physicians to support coordinated, high-quality patient care. What you'll do: Provide acupuncture treatments tailored to patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support integrated care plans Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation to support insurance billing and compliance
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
3-5+ years of clinical acupuncture experience, ideally in a high-volume setting Background in Western medicine (e.g., RN, PT, or similar clinical role) strongly preferred Graduate of an accredited acupuncture school and completed 4 academic years of education, including 800 hours of clinical trainings. Active Virginia acupuncture licensure NCCAOM certification Personally exemplify healthy lifestyle practices Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills Must have a Nat'l Provider Identifier (NPI), or obtain an NPI, prior to employment start date
