Acupuncture Assistant

Our busy acupuncture practice is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Acupuncture Assistant to support our practitioners and ensure our patients have a seamless, comfortable experience. Key Responsibilities Scheduling:

Manage the office calendar by booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments with accuracy.

Phone Management:

answer phone calls, address inquiries, and scree new patient requests.

Patient Assistance:

Safely assist patients with getting on and off treatment tables.

Treatment Setup:

Prepare rooms and assist practitioners with cupping therapy and the application/removal of TENS units.

Device Maintenance:

Clean and sterilize acupuncture cups, TENS electrodes, and other medical devices according to strict safety protocols.

Office Environment:

Maintain a pristine, calm, and organized clinical space by sanitizing rooms between session

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can work on weekends and evenings ?
