Full-Time Acupuncturist

Milwaukee Community Acupuncture is a non-profit, sliding scale clinic looking to hire a licensed acupuncturist to join their successful, high-volume practice located in the heart of Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. We are looking to hire an acupuncturist immediately to work 15-25 hours per week after a core staff member had to abruptly leave due to medical complications. Applicants must be enthusiastic about practicing community acupuncture, have great communication skills, be comfortable treating a diverse patient base, and be flexible in their treatment technique to help create a cohesive experience for our patients. Speaking Spanish is a bonus!

Job details and benefits include:

Working up three, four or five - 5 hour long shifts totalling up to 25 hours/week + covering additional shifts as needed or desired. The ability to treat up to 5 patients per hour after clinic training and orientation This is an employee position, receiving a bi-weekly paycheck and includes professional liability insurance covered by our clinic If you are only treating patients at our clinic, we will cover your acupuncture license renewal and up to $350 in CEU cost/year No front-end responsibilities as we provide receptionists that do all of the scheduling and collect payments Free acupuncture for you, one free cupping/gua sha treatment per month, one free infrared sauna per month, and free yoga and HIIT classes at our paired yoga studio Starting wage of $25-30/hour depending on experience and hours worked Please send your resume and cover letter to Amy at amy@milwaukeecommunityacupuncture.org
