Part time therapist - weekend work in office

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and client-centered therapist to join our practice in a primarily in-person weekend role. This position is ideal for a clinician looking for flexible part-time hours while providing meaningful support to individuals, couples, and families in a warm and professional outpatient setting. Position Details Part-time weekend position Primarily in-person services Saturday and/or Sunday availability required Flexible scheduling options Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure Clinical supervision provided for associate-level clinicians Responsibilities Provide in-person individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients Collaborate with other providers when appropriate Qualifications Active Arizona licensure (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Associate-level licensed clinicians encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage scheduling effectively Experience with anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or mood disorders is a plus Comfortable providing face-to-face counseling in an outpatient office setting
