Full Job Description Purpose:
The Tier is responsible for measuring and tying waist beads with care, creating a sacred, respectful, and body-positive experience. This is often the most personal part of the journey, so your presence must leave the customer feeling affirmed, empowered, and beautiful.Core Responsibilities:
Measure the waist and discuss placement preferences. Tie beads with intentional energy, affirmations, or scripture-based encouragement. Respect personal boundaries and body image with professionalism. Ensure beads are tied securely, comfortably, and beautifully. Maintain hygiene and a calm, grounded environment.Ideal Characteristics:
