Stretch Therapist

Overview Join our dynamic wellness team as a Stretch Therapist, where your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility. In this role, you will deliver tailored stretching sessions that promote physical health and well-being incorporating massage, fascia work. This is a paid position dedicated to fostering a positive, health-focused environment that empowers individuals through expert stretching techniques. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual flexibility needs and identify areas of tension or discomfort Deliver customized stretching routines using various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching methods Educate clients on proper stretching practices and self-care strategies to maintain results between sessions Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes and manage pain effectively Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used, client feedback, and progress notes Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic care and support occupational health initiatives Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, professional environment that prioritizes client comfort and safety Requirements Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and care Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to stretching and pain management Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other manual therapy techniques Ability to assess patient needs accurately through thorough evaluation and observation Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about their treatment plans Prior experience in med spa or wellness settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for ongoing learning is essential Embark on a rewarding career helping others unlock their full potential through expert stretching therapy.
