Job Description:
We are currently seeking talented and preferably experienced Head Spa Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of salon/spa services, including scalp massages, treatments, and facials. At least 1 year of experience in a salon/spa setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. The Head Spa Specialists will provide exceptional service to our clients, focusing on scalp health and relaxation. Basic knowledge of facial treatments is also preferred. Training will be provided.Responsibilities:
- Perform head spa treatments according to protocol.
- Analyze clients' scalp condition.
- Administer scalp detoxification and treatments.
- Educate clients on scalp health and recommend at-home care routines.
- Perform facial treatments.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- 1 year of experience working in a salon or spa setting preferred, but new grads are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of facial treatments preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to head spa treatments.
- Other duties as required.
Job Type:
Full-Time, Part-time Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20- 40 per week
