Primary Care Physician

COMPENSATION

Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

Compensation:

Base $250k

Bonus:

Up to 10% of base salary

Partnership:

No Buy-in. 18-22 patients a day

Hours:

Monday

• Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a
• 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15) Work/Life Balance Small Patient Panel
• 450 patients' max Administrative time included in schedule No nights or in hospital call 100% outpatient Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)

Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
