Beyond90 is seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our Project for Healing program serving refugees and immigrants in Northeast Florida. Because many of our clients speak Spanish as their primary language, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position. What You'll Do Provide trauma-informed individual counseling to refugee and immigrant clients. Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups as needed. Conduct mental health assessments and initial evaluations. Lead occasional educational workshops that promote healing, wellness, and successful integration. Complete timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Provide counseling using professional interpreter services when needed. Qualifications Current Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT . Fluent in Spanish (required). Experience providing individual counseling. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices. Comfortable working with interpreters. Strong documentation and communication skills. Experience working with refugees, immigrants, multicultural populations, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or trauma is preferred but not required.
