Testosterone Replacement Physician - Must Be Licensed In Illinois

We are seeking an MD, DO, ARNP or PA-C with part time availability who is looking to supplement their current income. We currently operate Testosterone Replacement Clinics with a secondary focus on Weight Loss in many cities throughout the US. The practitioner's responsibilities will include examining patients, reviewing lab work and medical history, recording notes and recommendations, discussing treatment options to determine eligibility for Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss as well as follow up consultations. The amount of work required to start will be approximately 16 hours per month. Hours will expand based on need and availability of the practitioner. This is a great supplement to your existing practice. Our team has the ability to train practitioners with limited experience. We also welcome practitioners with a solid Hormone Replacement background.
