As an Independent Aesthetic & Wellness Contractor, your expertise and passion for beauty and wellness will help clients look and feel their best. This flexible role empowers you to operate independently while delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness services in a professional setting. Responsibilities Provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and body waxing with precision and care. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health regulations; ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use. Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a loyal community online. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines or treatment options to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with other contractors or staff members to create a welcoming environment that fosters guest satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements Valid licensure or certification to work as an independent contractor. Proven expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, massage, or waxing. Excellent communication skills Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment for clients' safety. Ability to manage retail sales effectively by upselling products and promoting services confidently. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Flexibility to work independently while maintaining professionalism; self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Prior experience in med spa settings or hospitality environments is advantageous but not required.
