Employment Type:

Contractor (1099) BMT will consider flexible remote and in-person position. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria: Possesses a master's degree in psychology or a related field; Is licensed in the state of Illinois as an

LCSW/LCPC

; Is available to commit to a minimum of 12 to 32 hours per week (The position starts as part-time and builds to full-time.); Is willing to work as an independent contractor and be issued a 1099 ; Is proactive, skilled, and highly engaging with clients, with solid clinical judgment and decision-making ability; and Has private practice experience (preferred but not required).

As a therapist with Beautiful Mind Therapy, you would be expected to: Be professional and prepared for a sustained commitment to your caseload and the practice; Provide evidence-based individual therapy weekly, primarily for adults (if experienced and trained, children and/or adolescents as well); Conduct an initial assessment and establish treatment goals for clients; Complete all required documentation according to policies and procedures; Work collaboratively with the treatment team to assess a patient's progress and need for a higher level of care or discharge; Participate in community outreach and marketing activities for Beautiful Mind Therapy and promote exceptional customer service throughout the program; Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings (Our mission/vision is to be a connected team that places a high value on consultation, so this participation is very important); and Collaborate with referral sources and outside treatment providers as necessary.
