Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)Blues & Blahs Mental Health Springfield, MA Part-Time to Full-Time | W-2 Position $50-$60 per billable hour + $20/hour for administrative time Blues & Blahs is a queer-owned mental health practice providing affirming therapy and psychiatric services to LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies. We're expanding into Springfield and looking for a therapist who wants to do meaningful work, build lasting therapeutic relationships, and grow with an expanding practice. This position will begin part-time and transition to full-time as client demand grows. Why Join Us? Responsibilities Provide in-person therapy from our Springfield office Conduct telehealth appointments from the office as appropriate Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop treatment plans and collaborate with clients on treatment goals Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Schedule Expectations Position begins part-time and may transition to full-time as caseload grows At least one evening and/or weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling available based on clinician availability and client demand Qualifications Active Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing inclusive, affirming care Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, and life transitions preferred Preferred Qualifications Additional licensure in Connecticut, New York, and/or Florida may provide opportunities to serve clients across multiple states Experience providing couples, family, and group therapy Experience in outpatient or private practice settings Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in clinicians who are excited about helping grow a new office location and contributing ideas as the practice expands.
