Job Overview Join the team at Dogs Bay Country Club for Dogs as a Dog Boarding & Enrichment Team Member , where every day is filled with wagging tails, fresh air, and pups living their best stay-cation life. We're an award-winning boarding facility (22 years running) known for doing things differently—more nature, more enrichment, more heart. We're looking for a reliable, mature adult (18+) who loves being active, enjoys working with dogs, and takes pride in a job well done. Part-time position:

20-24 hours/week with flexible scheduling. Core shifts are 8am-12pm and/or 5:30pm-8pm , with extra hours available through our VIP Plus Adventures (fan favorite for our furry guests). Duties Care for dogs during their boarding stay—safety, comfort, and happiness come first Keep suites, yards, and common areas clean and welcoming (we like things paws-itively fresh) Feed meals, administer medication and follow each dog's individual care routine Supervise outdoor play and ensure safe group interactions Participate in enrichment activities like ball time, brain games, nature walks and structured fun Observe and report any changes in behavior or health Work as part of a team to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications Must be 18+ and able to work 20-24 hours per week Dependable and consistent (our dogs count on routine) Comfortable with an active, on-your-feet role Confident handling dogs of all sizes and personalities Basic understanding of canine behavior is a plus (we'll train the right person) Positive, team-oriented attitude with steady energy Available for weekends and holidays (rotated fairly) Why Dogs Bay?
