Educate clients on mental health topics, coping strategies, and wellness techniques to empower ongoing self-care Engage in social media management to promote mental health awareness initiatives and community outreach programs Requirements Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the applicable state or region Proven experience in providing therapy services within a clinical or wellness setting, preferably with med spa or holistic health experience Strong management skills to handle client caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality care Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients Knowledge of salon or clinic software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and record keeping Familiarity with advanced treatment techniques including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, hair threading, straight razor shaving, and tattooing is a plus Ability to uphold sanitation standards and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience in retail sales and upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue generation Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest services and hospitality principles Join us as a Licensed Therapist where your expertise will foster healing and confidence in our clients.
