INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing team and contribute to a well-rounded, integrative approach to client care. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced acupuncturist who is confident in delivering personalized, effective treatments and building lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for a practitioner who values both clinical results and holistic wellness , and who thrives in a collaborative setting alongside aesthetic and medical providers. This opportunity is best suited for a provider who is comfortable operating with a level of independence while benefiting from a shared, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities Perform acupuncture treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Address a variety of concerns, including (but not limited to): Pain management Stress and anxiety Hormonal balance and women's health Sleep disorders Overall wellness and preventative care Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation Educate clients on treatment plans and wellness practices Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Collaborate with other practitioners for cross-referrals and integrative care Qualifications Active and unrestricted Acupuncturist License (L.Ac) in the state of [Insert State] Graduate of an accredited acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine program Strong understanding of holistic health and patient-centered care Excellent communication and client retention skills Professional, grounded, and compassionate approach to care Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment Preferred (but not required) Experience in a medspa, wellness center, or integrative practice Specialization in areas such as fertility, pain management, or cosmetic acupuncture Existing client base What We Offer Private treatment room within a beautiful, professional wellness space Established brand with built-in client exposure Cross-referrals from in-house providers (aesthetic, wellness, and medical) Marketing support under the BWW brand Front desk concierge support Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your practice Collaborative, growth-oriented environment Space Customization Practitioners are responsible for furnishing and decorating their treatment room to reflect their personal brand and specialty, while maintaining alignment with BWW's overall aesthetic and professional standards.
