We believe in early and consistent intervention to foster healthy developments within our members. We're currently seeking Other Licensed Practitioners (OLPs) to join our growing team of pediatric healthcare professionals dedicated to making a lasting impact in children's lives. OLPs play a vital role in delivering support services for children with developmental, behavioral, or emotional challenges. You will work in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams while providing assessments, therapy, and guidance tailored to each child's unique needs. Duties Deliver therapeutic and/or diagnostic services to children and families Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment or intervention plans Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support child development Document services and maintain compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training Qualifications Valid licensure as a practitioner in the relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Strong understanding of mental health principles, therapeutic techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independence in decision-making. Experience in providing therapy or counseling services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.
