Per Year Description:
Join our team as a Psychotherapist in a full-time role based in New York, NY. This position involves providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting with a schedule from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, offering a variety of shifts. The role requires proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and technology to support patient care.
Requirements:
Screen and assess clients for clinic admission. Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools and techniques. Manage a caseload of 70 patients with up to 12 sessions daily. Establish treatment goals within an interdisciplinary team. Participate in crisis response and case conferences. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient information. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
LMSW/LCSW
required Experience providing psychotherapy in an Article 31 or similar outpatient clinic required. Minimum two years of experience in psychotherapy. Experience in outpatient clinic settings. Experience with substance use, mental illness, or chronic health conditions. Experience with late adolescents, adults, and families preferred. Group therapy facilitation experience desired. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
