Full Job Description Wellness Associate Reports To:

Wellness Manager Position Summary Happier Grocery is growing, and we're looking for a Wellness Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that blends product knowledge with personalized guidance to make shopping our Health & Beauty Aid department a truly elevated experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and helping our community connect with wellness products. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through supplements, skincare, and functional wellness products. Share informed, approachable expertise on health supplements, clean beauty, and lifestyle solutions. Curate a seamless, elevated experience that makes every customer feel at home. Support events, activations, and brand education moments in-store. Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, signed, and compliant with merchandising standards Execute daily priorities such as promotions, resets, and seasonal displays Qualifications Deep knowledge of health supplements, skincare, or clinical/wellness fields (a background in nutrition, esthetics, or functional health is a plus). Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. Familiarity with Happier Grocery or being a frequent shopper is a bonus•we love team members who know and love our space.
