Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Cosmetic Injector to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise will enhance our clients' confidence and satisfaction while contributing to a welcoming, professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical precision with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Duties Perform cosmetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and potential results to ensure informed decision-making Maintain meticulous records of treatments performed Assist with product demonstrations and promote skincare products or treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Uphold strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Collaborate with management on scheduling, social media management, and guest services to foster a positive client experience Offer IV hydration, vitamin therapy and wellness injections Expansion into new services as the practice grows Requirements Active RN, NP, PA, or other applicable medical license (per state regulations) Experience in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures within a med spa or similar setting preferred Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and promote services confidently in consultations Familiarity with social media for marketing promotions and client engagement Commitment to sanitation protocols, safety standards, and continuous professional development in aesthetic treatments What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + potential commission/bonuses Supportive and positive work environment Join us in delivering transformative beauty experiences!
