In this vital role, you will deliver tailored stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall mobility for our clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized assessments and targeted stretching techniques. As a key member of our team, you will foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages clients to feel empowered and motivated on their journey to better health. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs, limitations, and goals Perform safe and effective stretching sessions that promote pain relief, improved flexibility, and enhanced mobility Educate clients on proper stretching routines and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes with clear documentation of medical terminology and anatomy references Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes Uphold high standards of patient service by creating a welcoming environment focused on comfort and trust Experience Proven experience in stretch therapy, massage therapy, or related fields such as medical spa services or occupational health Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Background in patient assessment and delivering personalized treatment plans based on individual needs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients Familiarity with occupational health practices or med spa environments is preferred Prior experience working with patients experiencing musculoskeletal discomfort or mobility issues is highly desirable
