You MUST be:

enthusiastic about helping people find joy in movement and their bodies body positive, non diet, eating disorder and trauma informed charismatic, deeply empathetic and possess strong active listening skills, in addition to creating and leading a high energy, effervescent class environment able to teach to all ages and personality types creative with modifications and movement programming integral with your word and actions in pursuit of your own holistic and healthy optimal living experienced with high end hospitality and communication extremely punctual and reliable up to date certified with NASM must have previous group coaching experience- does not need to be in fitness Our clients are family, and we only want the best of the best. If you take pride in your training/coaching skills, but don't want the stress or responsibility of owning your own business, this position is for you. 1-3 months paid internship while learning our system. Hourly or salaried part-time position thereafter. •Room to grow into full time• Perfect for someone with flexible 2nd income stream Job Duties include morning shifts Mon Wed Fri (5:30a-9a) with ability to float and sub for late morning and evening shifts writing custom personalized programming using our method showing up 15 min early before session begins light networking provide demos of all movements with proper form, teach proper form, provide on the spot modifications coach up to 5 people at a time all doing different programs, offering demos, modifications, encouragement and form corrections open and close efficiently and completely light restocking, inventory schedule clients, provide professional communications via phone text and email light organization embody our values and ethics and be a positive ambassador for the brand If these resonate, please reach out to schedule a zoom interview.
