This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a side hustle, is interested in private practice, and wants to learn more about both the clinical and business side of running a practice — because no one really teaches you that part. Ridgewood Healing works with older teens through adults, with a focus on anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating, life transitions, relationships, perfectionism, self-worth, and stress. The clinical approach is warm, relational, and direct, incorporating parts work, mindfulness, CBT, and attachment-based work. Evening availability is required, and some weekend availability is strongly preferred. Supervision may also be an option.
