Part Time Private Practice Therapist

Session :

Part time will be considered at 10-20 hours per week. Caseload size will be discussed with Sarah upon starting.

Work Environment :

Must be willing to work out of the Valvaere Collective office at least 1-2 workdays as part time. The employee and Sarah will decided on in office and work from home schedule.

Practice Support :

Billing, client referrals, advertising, insurance credentialing, and an EMR system will be provided for you.

Employment Type:

W-2 Employee & Direct Deposit Clinical consultation and support at no additional cost

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.

Licensure:

Active

LMHC , LMHC-D

, or LMFT license in New York State.

Independent Practice:

Ability to manage and deliver clinical services autonomously. You will be in charge of your schedule which includes contacting clients, scheduling/re-scheduling, and managing cancellations.

Insurance:

Is willing to participate in credentialling with at least 2 insurance providers.

Commitment:

Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload. Job Responsibilities Full Time Therapists will be required to see on average 25 clients per week, Part time therapists will be required to see at minimum an average of 13 clients per week. Provide high-quality therapy using evidence-based methods. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
