Part-time Weekend and Evening Hours Psychotherapist

Associate Psychotherapist (Hybrid | Grand Central, Manhattan) Confident Mind Psychotherapy & Coaching Confident Mind Psychotherapy & Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented private practice specializing in anxiety, perfectionism, career stress, trauma, depression, and relationship work with adults and couples. We are hiring an Associate Psychotherapist for a part-time position (open to part-time transitioning to full-time) to join our supportive, mentorship-driven team. Position Overview Hybrid role seeing 10-15 clients per week Up to 10 in-person client hours at our Grand Central Manhattan office Remaining sessions conducted virtually Fee-for-service compensation starting at $50+ per session , based on license and experience Extensive supervision, case consultation, mentorship, and training stipend provided

Friday:

5:00 PM - 8:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Please do not apply if these hours are not feasible. Key Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples Conduct high-quality phone consultations and confidently articulate your clinical approach, specialties, and therapeutic value to prospective clients Actively participate in practice marketing efforts by clearly conveying your work through bios, profiles, and consultation calls Build and maintain a consistent caseload through timely outreach and client engagement Maintain exceptional responsiveness : administrative collaboration is fully remote and requires prompt communication and fast response times for client onboarding and scheduling Participate in individual and group supervision (3x/month) with openness to feedback and growth Required Qualifications LMSW required Minimum 1 year psychotherapy experience 2+ years corporate, institutional, or professional office experience demonstrating strong professionalism and understanding of workplace dynamics Experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, career stress, relationship issues, perfectionism, grief, self-esteem, and confidence concerns Training or experience in CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, IFS, EFT, Professional Coaching, or couples therapy (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in discussing and marketing your clinical work Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Reliable high-speed internet and comfort providing telehealth sessions This Role Is Ideal For Clinicians working toward licensure who want high-quality supervision and mentorship Therapists seeking to deepen their clinical skills while growing within a structured private practice LMSW looking to gain extra clinical hours apart from full time position Professionals who value accountability, responsiveness, and collaboration
