Private Practice Associate Therapist (LMSW) - Part Time

Seeking an associate therapist for a new private practice open in Glenville, NY that is rapidly growing. This listing is specifically for LMSW therapists in the state of NY. This position is for a minimum of 10 hours a week (more available based on demand as the practice grows). For this position specifically, the following availability is required: In Person Availability Saturday or Sunday for at least 4 hours (out of Glenville, NY office). Remote availability to make up minimum hour requirement, and can be anytime (though evenings, 5pm on, are in high demand). Duties will include, but are not limited to: providing clinical services, completing all related documentation in a timely manner, coordination of services when required (minimal), completing intake assessments and discharge summaries as needed. You will be one of multiple therapists in the group practice, all with the goal to provide ethical, supportive and productive therapy services to our community. Of note, a strong value of mine is to make sure that therapists are able to be JUST therapists. All back office work, client acquisition, intake scheduling, EHR input and any and all things related to billing and credentialing are done by the practice. Therapists are responsible for only contact notes and treatment plans. Therapists get paid whether the practice does or not. Incentive pay is available, as is reimbursement for CEU's and trainings. Additional benefits (401k, PTO) after 6 months of employment and meeting a weekly hourly requirement. The ideal candidate will have previous 1:1 clinical experience, where they feel comfortable working independently with an appropriate amount of clinical supervision and support. The LMSW will meet once a week with a LCSW or LCSW-R supervisor in order to support their clinical growth and to comply with hour requirements for licensure. Experience with children a plus, but not required. An area of speciality is preferred, but again, not required.
