Job Description
JEM Wellness & Counseling, PLLC is hiring (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who are looking to join a thriving group practice, who come with passion for their work and are committed to building steadily to a full-time caseload. JEM is a hybrid practice, seeing insurance & private pay clients. We look forward to bringing on self-starting, well trained, motivated clinicians who enjoy collaborating and being part of a team as well as value working independently. At JEM, our vision is to create a better future through supporting our clients to live their best, most authentic and connected lives. We work daily toward this outcome, and support one another to do the same. We are hiring for our NW Houston location in the Spring/Klein area, serving Spring/Klein, Cypress, Tomball, and Magnolia.
We are looking for:
- 3-5 years experience taking clients in various settings; private practice, clinical settings
- Excitement in taking on a variety of clients/complex cases to help you grow as a clinician
- Excitement & Commitment to grow into a full-time caseload (20+ clients/wk)
- Interest and experience working with adolescents or teens & building relationship w/ parents
- Experience with dual diagnosis clients
- Spanish Speaking (optional, preferred)
- Availability to work afternoons/evenings/weekends
- Trauma-Informed & Somatic modalities welcomed/encouraged
